Ingredients:
2 lb boneless chicken breasts
2 onions, chopped
6 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 cup and 2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup Dijion mustard
4 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 cups chicken broth
4 bay leaves
Directions:
Put chicken into stoneware and toss with onion, garlic, thyme, maple syrup, and Dijion mustard. Place sweet potatoes on top of chicken. Pour in chicken broth and add bay leaves. Cook on high for 5 to 7 hours.
