Here's a list of allergy friendly brands as well as places to find them. A lot of these things are good to have on hand. You should always have milk substitute, margarine or shortening, bread, cereal, pasta, and anything you need for baking.

Stores:
The Gluten Free Mall is an online store that sells many allergy friendly products. It is perfect for getting products that are only available online.

Trader Joe's carries natural foods. They should carry a lot of foods on this list. Check their website for a full list.

Whole Foods is another natural food store. It's a lot more expensive than Trader Joe's but it has really good quality.

Check the natural food section in your local grocery store. Most allergy friendly products will be found in the natural food section

Earth Balance makes margarine, milk substitutes, and natural nut butters. Most of the margarine and milk substitutes are soy based, but they have a soy free margarine. It's the one with the red top, so it is not to be confused with the version that contains soy. I have heard that it tends to melt quickly in room temperature, so don't use it in baking unless your recipe calls for melted butter.

Ener-G makes many gluten free and egg free baked goods. They have many different kinds of bread that you can chose from. It is available in the natural food section.

Glutino makes a lot of gluten free products similar to Enjoy Life. These products are also found in the natural food section. However, these products sometimes contain milk and soy, so be sure to check the labels.

So Delicious makes coconut milk and coconut milk- based desserts. Most of these are gluten and soy free.

Spectrum makes a shortening made from palm oil that does not contain soy. It is perfect for baking and can be used instead of butter. You can find it in the natural foods section

The Dream makes many milk substitutes. These include products made from rice, soy, and almonds. If you are like me and can't have milk and soy, you should get either rice or almond milk.

Udi's is a gluten free baking company. Rudi's is a similar company that also makes gluten free baked goods. Both companies make a gluten free bread that actually doesn't taste like cardboard! These products are found in the freezer area of the natural foods section.
